- Payment of Fee: Below you will have the option to choose between remitting payment for the required, non-refundable Initial Filing Fee via check or online. If you choose to submit your payment online, you will be directed to a screen where you can submit digital payment. If you choose to pay via check, you must submit it to the Century City ADR Services, Inc. office, as instructed below, with the case name in the memo field.
- After the Demand Form is submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you will also be able to download a PDF of the Demand Form and print the page for distribution to other parties.
- Serve the Demand: Once completed, please serve a copy of the Demand for Arbitration Form, pre-dispute Arbitration Agreement, and any additional claim documents to opposing counsel (or the opposing party if not or not yet represented by counsel).
